Day 3 is the first weigh-in since Annie started on the Clean 9 programme.
She is certainly looking and feeling a lot better today. Could have something to do with her being able to eat something for the first time since Tuesday night!
Weight – 102.4 kg / 16st 2lbs (Loss of 2kg = 4lbs)
Arm – 13.5″
Thigh – 29″
Waist – 38″ (1.4 inch loss)
Chest – 46″ (1 inch loss)
Hip – 43″ (1 inch loss)
Weight – 98kg / 15st 6lbs (Gain of .5kg = 1lb)
Arm – 15″
Thigh – 29.5″
Waist – 38″
Chest – 43.5″
Hip – 49.5″
I have stayed roughly the same, though with a 1lb gain.
Annie has struggled at times with the programme, though now she is able to eat at least one meal a day it should be getting easier. She had planned her first meal, right down to the last calorie! It was delicious – a good old classic Chicken dinner. We were both pleasantly surprised how much you could actually have as the calorie content in veg is so low. Even then, the plates weren’t overloaded as usual and it turns out, nobody actually needs the portion sizes we were used to eating. Annie couldn’t actually finish her dinner and I must admit, even I struggled (rare…very rare!).
Over days 3 & 4, Annie reported an increase in energy, motivation and confidence. She is feeling positive about this programme and has no worries about seeing it through to the end. You can definitely see the changes in her body and most importantly her face, she is smiling more and hopefully this is just the start of her weight loss journey.
I on the other hand have struggled! Seeing Annie on this amazing journey has really made me see just how much I need to lose the weight too. I can’t wait to get started on the Clean 9 myself and no doubt within a few short days I will feel as positive and motivated as Annie does now.
